Response Timing
We review support requests as quickly as reasonably possible. Privacy and data requests are handled according to applicable law and the timelines described in our public privacy request page.
Paid Event Refunds and Cancellations
Paid events use Stripe Checkout. Exact refund estimates are shown in the app before a paid player releases a spot when an estimate is available.
- 48+ hours before event start: event fee and Dinkify fee are refunded. Stripe processing fees are nonrefundable.
- 24 to 48 hours before event start: event fee is refunded. Dinkify and Stripe processing fees are nonrefundable.
- Within 24 hours of event start: no player-initiated refund is due.
- Host or weather cancellation: event fee and Dinkify fee refund is the baseline. Stripe processing fees remain nonrefundable unless the host or platform explicitly absorbs them.
